Quality MTB forks with full carbon stanchions and forged alloy crown /
drop-outs. Superlight, stiff these and excellent at absorbing bumps and
they are an excellent alternative to suspension forks on smoother
terrain or for riders who pick their way through the rocks rather than
riding over them.

"I can highly recommend this fork. I've had this one since 2007, and
it has been dinged, crashed, and thrashed since with no issues. I've had
it on an On One Inbred, an OS Bikes Blackbuck, and this 2007 Salsa El
Mariachi. (Plus maybe something else I can't remember!)
The ride isn't as flexible as the Origin 8, and probably more like
the White Brothers Rock Solid. The forks most folks are mentioning here
are in fact all made by one firm, but are made to different
specifications. Their booth at Interbike last year showed at least a
half a dozen variations of this fork, (Origin 8), and all had slight
differences in lay up, details, and so on.
